Apparently, a cappuccino and a bump is the old-school after-dinner stimulant. Flooding into America (they're cheap in Europe, but also available in the US at GNC and Rexall) are little white packets of a substance called ENADAlert. They're a jet lag reliever, have no caffeine, and "reportedly" offer a smooth four hour state of alertness with no harsh after-effects. We hear they go well with downers, too, for that mini K-hole sort of effect.
