Yesterday, a wacky communist judge stopped just short of deciding that protestors at the Republican Convention didn't have the right to be searched without probable cause. What next? No secret wiretaps? Don't worry, fans of law and order — mounted police will still be allowed to trample those dirty hippies clogging our streets.
