1. Blogs, according to the venerable experts over at Makor, are now indispensable sources of news and commentary. Hehe. Indispensable," sources" that's funny! You really had us going there for a second. Jokes aside, elder statesman Jeff Jarvis, self-aggrandizing whippersnapper Daniel Radosh, and Geraldine Sealey (Salon s War Room 04) speak today at 7:30 on the merits of political blogs. We really, really won't be there.
2. Emo rapper Common, Dixie crunkers the Nappy Roots, Toots and the Maytals, and assorted offspring of Bob Marley take the stage in Prospect Park tonight for the Bob Marley: Roots, Rock, Reggae festival. Insert requisite weed joke here. We really really won't be there — we can't afford the weed.
3. Interns totally love doing grunt work. For serious! Leave work early by dropping some more real world experience on the poor bastards and head over to the SSS Sample Sale, which features heavily discounted fare from the usual assortment of overpriced designers. We... might be there.
