We bid farewell to Rosemary Kennedy, the sister of JFK, RFK, and Teddy Kennedy, and recipient of one of the most insensitive AP obituary headlines in recent memory:
The New York Times revised the hed the next day to Rosemary Kennedy, Senator's Sister, 86, Dies.
But that was nothing compared to The Canadian Press' headline, which added (fatal) injury to insult:
