A manicurist's boyfriend showed up in her nail salon yesterday, agitated and fighting with her, Newsday reports. Afraid he was about to lose her, he pulled out a gun, fired at her, and then shot himself.
Both were expected to survive. The victim had a graze wound to her lower back. Despite shooting himself at point-blank range, the gunman suffered only a graze wound to his head.
