We're hearing that ABC News 20/20 correspondent Elizabeth Vargas — number 85 on the Wanderlist Best Lips list, incidentally — has gotten a promotion. We hear she'll be annointed as the successor to interview queen Barbara Walters, who's set to leave the show in September.
