On the presumably correct assumption that none of their readers have ever seen "the Internet," Time brings the interactivity of the web to the formerly staid arena of print media. As this press release explains:
TIME turns this week's cover into a ballot on Senator Hillary Clinton, inviting readers to vote whether they "love her" or "hate her." Readers can check their preference on the cover and mail it to TIME or they can go on TIME.com to register their "vote" starting Monday.
Or, you know, they can go to NewsMax, Drudge, or any other number of right-wing sites and answer the same question. As far as we're concerned, the slight chance of winning a $50 certificate to Olive Garden far outweighs the frightening certainty of having to read Joe Klein.
