After reporting the "news" that Andy Dick, who had no plans to attend the New York City Underground Comedy Festival, was nonetheless barred by that organization, today the Post scoops the competition with word that "George Sarris, producer of the New York City Underground Comedy Festival, has asked Kepcher to be his full-time personal assistant. One of her tasks would be "comedian ego control" - which she should be used to after working with Donald Trump."

So here's the formula for getting into Page Six when you've no actual information but something to promote: Mention a Post reporter, as did the Dick bit, or a favorite topic, like Donald Trump and hope for a slow news day.

Or, you know, know someone there.

Either way, Festival spokesman Ryan McCormick is worth every penny they're paying him.
