A tipster forwarded us the following email, which was sent out to some Voice contributors this afternoon:

Hey everybody,

Sorry for the exceedingly late notice, but TODAY at about 6:30ish, the Voice editorial staffers will be having a little holiday celebration here in the third-floor conference room, and you're all cordially invited to come by for food, drink, and merriment. XXX's out of the office today but hopes you all can make it. I'd love to see you all too.
