We've been waiting for this shoe to drop for a while, as the execs-that-be chose between folding and selling. Apparently Premiere mag has at last bitten the dust today; expect a memo at the end of the work day. UPDATE: Word from inside Hachette is that the April issue will be their last; the website will continue to operate. And Ad Age has much, much more.
