That's all well and good, Catherine, but maybe you could start with some makeup classes. If Maureen Dowd has taught us anything (debatable!), it's that some carefully-applied eyeliner makes you that much more credible! Really, they should teach something more useful, like how to avoid the bad news Bob Herberts of the world. Also, please stop teaching the hack craft of the mini-self-rebuttal paragraph, a.k.a. the "to be sure" backtrack. The wonderfully rouged MoDo herself hasn't even used that locution since, near as we can find, 1998.
