A View to a Kill, starring Roger Moore, is one of the dreariest James Bond movies ever made. But it does have one must-watch scene, in which the villain, played by Christopher Walken, explains to his co-conspirators how they can corner the global market in microchips. As a massive model of the area rises up from beneath the board table, Walken says in his most glibly creepy voice: "There is one obstacle. Silicon Valley, near San Francisco. Over 250 plants, employing thousands of engineers and technicians. This is the heartland of electronic production in the US. I propose to end the domination of Silicon Valley." Below, the clip.
