Accused Duke Rapist Tragically Bereft of Co-op Board Approval

Even though 22-year-old David Evans has been cleared of all charges in the Duke rape case, he's still haunted by the repercussions of the accusation that he and two other lacrosse players sexually assaulted a stripper. His lawyer Joe Cheshire shared one of the indignities he's suffered with Larry King last night.

We live in this crazy Google world where if you type in the name "Dave Evans," you get over a million hit. He's had a hard time getting a condo in New York because — or a co-op in New York because people will type his name in. They'll associate him with this case.
