The cop tasered him because, well, I guess he kinda wrinkled his face a bit, and took a step in a certain direction, so he had no choice, or something. Jared put the video clip of his arrest on YouTube and got close to 2 million hits. Now, he's won $40,000 in a civil suit [The Lede].
