I...I'm pretty sure this is a guy. A Chilean comedian dressed as Hillary Clinton shot the most disturbing political video since yesterday's "It's Raining McCain." The long-armed little man (god I don't even know what term is offensive any more) also does a decent Amy Winehouse.
