Everybody's always been fascinated by Jessica Joffe, due to her glamorous career-juggling ways: she's kind of a writer/blogger/socialite/model/ex-girlfriend of Ryan Adams type. Sounds fun, but is that her in this ad for Talbots, pictured in a Wall Street Journal article headlined, "'Dowdy' Talbots Hopes Makeover Can Revive Sales"? If so, it's a bit of a step down from her old gigs posing for Uniqlo, J. Crew, and Banana Republic. [WSJ]

I'll take any foxy redhead you wanna throw my way, Gawker. NEXT.
@collegecallgirl: seconded.
Where's her pearl necklace?
Either that, or she's modelling huge fucking umbrellas.
@collegecallgirl: @Cheap Shot: Infinited.
I guess I don't count as part of "everybody."
one time someone got my bank car info and charged $34 to talbots and $107 for an amtrak ticket to florida.
@puritanicalish: Aw, they got a gift for their Nana. Or you did. Very sweet.
No I don't care about her one bit,sorry.
Their clothes are, in general, very well made. I hope they don't ditch that for "style".
i'm pretty sure that's not joffe.
I dated a redhead who worked for Talbots. Well, in a Talbots. Not quite the same thing, I guess.
