He's been in trouble for a while now, but the latest development is prosecutors are seeking a 3-year jail term. Way harsh, but seriously—dude hasn't filed since, like, '99. What other celebs have totally blanked on their taxes?

Well, actor (comedian?) Sinbad's been in trouble for a while now. He owes California about $2.1 mil. So does singer-turned-psychic Dionne Warwick, according to USA Today. Footballer-turned-murderer O.J. Simpson owes over a million, as does former Bill Clinton adviser Dick Morris.

We're sure they tried their best to file, though. Taxes are hard!
