Decapitated Goats in Florida May Be Due to PagansIs posting about a rash of decapitated goats in Florida classy or trashy? Does it "cross the line"? Anyway, we hear they're a problem: the seventh headless goat just turned up, and investigators think it may be related to practitioners of Afro-Caribbean religion Palo Mayombe. Their animal sacrifices are meant to be left in public places. (We're pretty sure it's not a publicity stunt, even though Sony did feature a decapitated goat for its Athens release of "God of War II" last year.) Or it could be viral marketing from the Beef Council. [NWF Daily News]
