If a commenter were to type in the box that appears under the words "My Activity" on their profile page, it seems that those words they were typing would appear on the Gawker site, although not as a full-flung post. If this was announced, I missed it. Perhaps it was one of those, "let's put a box up and see if the fucking chimps will use it".

With that being said, I'm attending a birthday party for this couple, D and P. D wants cocaine and P wants vicodin. I could supply both of these, but find it lazy of people to ask others to bring them drugs. So instead I've bought D "Lust in the Dust" and P "Myra Breckinridge". By putting my foot down, have I done the right thing? Must I be Marirod, full of grace? Shouldn't my friends step it up a little?
