Did anyone consider that maybe he was just using Uma to get closer to her father, and not the other way around? Robert Thurman is one of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist scholars in the world. Maybe her stalker was hoping to party with the Dalai Lama some day.
If sex is off the table (a safe bet), I'd rather hang with Robert than Uma. But that's just me.
