In tribute to my homeland, Michigan, we bring you a Detroit Free Press infographic explaining the crime of baggy pants in the post-industrial ghost town of Flint. There are three levels of pants-sagginess, ranging from "underwear exposed" to "buttocks exposed"—as well as a corresponding list of fees and punishments (jail time?!).
