Editor & Publisher is launching a new column for young journalists, called —31—. Readers will be allowed to chime in via "blog-like comments," which have to be e-mailed in, embarassingly. "Our site has not been redesigned for about five years so we are adding things piecemeal for now. We would have liked comments long ago."
