SAP Labs is hosting the "Open Source Sensing Future Salon" from 6-9 p.m. to discuss opportunities in open-source surveillance, specifically those devices and processes "required for communities to satisfy the reasonable concerns of their neighbors — international and domestic — regarding the possible presence of specific weapons able to affect those neighbors directly."
