• Paris Hilton is "declaring war" on the Kardashian sisters because they're more famous than she is these days and they're earning more money, too. Paris has "hatched a plan" to return to her former perch as tabloid queen, however. It entails launching a new hair and beauty line and playing up her "more stable relationship with Doug Reinhardt." • Lindsay Lohan threw a fit and was "screaming profanities at everyone" when a bartender at a club in LA had the nerve to hand her a bill. She supposedly kept saying, "I don't pay for drinks!" and eventually had to call a friend for her credit card information. [People]
• More LiLo drama: When she ran into her ex Courtenay Semel last week, the two had a confrontation and Lindsay reportedly "ran out in tears," since Semel has supposedly been asking Lohan to go to rehab. [P6]
