Ali Teams with Tinsley; Hair Trouble for Agy

• Is disgraced publicist Ali Wise the latest addition to the cast of Tinsley Mortimer's upcoming reality show? Possibly! Wise apparently wants people to know "she's still out on the scene and doing fine" and taped an appearance at the opening of pal Stacey Bendet's new store last week. And she's expected to turn up in other episodes of the show. Let's just hope that Wise—who allegedly stalked women her ex dated—and the Tinz don't clash over any German princes or former American Idol contestants, or things could get ugly. [NYDN]
• In case you were worried that Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds were going through a rough patch, you can stop stressing. They celebrated her birthday at a club in the meatpacking district over the weekend and reportedly "looked very much in love all night." [P6]
• Penelope Cruise still hasn't confirmed whether or not she's engaged to Javier Bardem, but she's been shopping for a wedding dress recently, at least according to In Touch magazine's "sources." [In Touch via NYDN]

Mariah Carey is still playing the diva overseas. Following last week's report about her antics at a store opening in London comes a report about the insane demands she made of a British TV show. Carey reportedly had two people to lower her onto a sofa (so she wouldn't wrinkle her dress, naturally); made sure the people behind the camera filmed her from the right angle; and she even brought her own toilet paper. • Miley Cyrus went to Pop Burger on West 58th Street and was horrified that the dude behind the counter didn't recognize her and asked for name so he could call out her order when it was ready! Outrage! [P6]
• Jennifer Hudson is the featured entertainment at the White House tonight for the state dinner with the prime minister of India. [E!]
• The Ohio police chief who allegedly stole items from Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick's surrogate and attempted to sell them to photographers was convicted of three felonies yesterday. He faces up to 10 years in jail and will be sentenced next month. [AP]
• The man accused of taking nude videos of ESPN's Erin Andrews pleaded not guilty to interstate stalking yesterday. [NYP]
• Oprah Winfrey has a new project in the works—and it's not appropriate for daytime. She's executive producing a series for HBO in which a housewife leaves her marriage "for the underbelly of L.A., where she indulges her secret fantasies and desire." [Variety]
Jennifer Lopez joked with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show saying that she meant to fall on her ass during her AMA performance and that it was "part of the choreography." [Us]
• In other Ryan Seacrest news, could his name be in Hollywood madam Michelle Braun's little black book? Braun, who has spent ten years connecting escorts with famous people and is now planning to write a tell-all, isn't naming names yet, but she does say this: "Of one very single TV personality, she said, "If I dropped his name to Page Six, I certainly wouldn't be his idol." David Wright has almost achieved his goal of creating the "ultimate bachelor pad." The New York Mets third basemen had a hot tub installed in his apartment on 21st Street the other day, and the crew blocked traffic while a crane lifted it into place. [P6]
• Not surprisingly, John Kerry's daughter Alexandra won't face criminal charges "due to insufficient evidence." Apparently, by the time they got her back to police station and tested her blood alcohol level, it was just .06, below the legal limit of .08. [People, TMZ]
• Kevin Federline no longer looks like he ate himself, at least according to his ex, Shar Jackson, who stars on the next installment of Celebrity Fit Club. "I think everybody will be very, very shocked," she said. [Us]
50 Cent has settled a lawsuit against 50 Cent for using his name to promote their burritos and tacos without permission. The fast food chain suggested that Fitty change his name to "79 Cent," "89 Cent" or "99 Cent" as part of an ad campaign last year. [NYP]

• Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Rosie Perez, and Brooke Shields filmed scenes for their upcoming movie The Other Guys during a Knicks game the other night. Tracy Morgan was on camera too, but that was just because he happened to have courtside seats for the game. [NYDN]
• Megaproducer/rapper Timbaland dropped Chris Brown from one of the tracks on his upcoming album due to the "drama" following Brown, said a source. But Tim's people maintain they "love Chris" and it was merely a "creative decision." [TMZ]
• Rihanna, who's in the UK to appear on the talent show The X Factor, was asked what she wanted for Christmas. Her response? "Some great food and some great sex." Just in case you're working on your shopping list. [Sun]
Martha Stewart cleared the air about a few comments she made about Rachael Ray on Nightline recently. On her show yesterday, Martha said that "there are no bad feelings" and that she appreciates Rachael's "enthusiastic approach to cooking." But she didn't actually apologize per se. [Us]
