Poor Richard Simmons. The weight-loss guru, suffering from a bad case of sparkle-brain (related to this disease) has been making the rounds yet again, shrieking and shrieking and shrieking, terrifying TV people.

He's promoting New Year's resolutions about dieting and advising people to not go too far to the extreme and blah blah, no one ever really knows what exactly he's talking about. But he's back anyway, as we mentioned earlier, on the morning show circuit, kissing people's legs and hitting on cameramen and humping Lisa Rinna. And what a creaky shtick it's becoming.
