Bernard Kerik, former New York Top Cop and Homeland Security chief nominee (haaaaaaaaa) just got indicted! Again!

The former police commissioner and Rudy Giuliani's closest non-gay-married friend and sexer-of-Judith Regan-in-a-secret-ground-zero-apartment is already facing like a hundred charges of tax fraud and conspiracy here in New York, and he is maybe on lawyer number three after telling his first two to lie to investigators, but now he gets to head down to Washington for new charges of lying to White House vetters.

Kerik is charged with falsely denying to White House officials that as a public official he had any financial dealings with individuals seeking to do business with the city.

That means "he didn't tell us he was mobbed up," we think.
