Muntader got off easy. US forces killed an Iraqi man today for throwing a shoe at them. AFP headline: "Iraqi 'shoe-thrower' shot dead by US forces." Not that Iraqi shoe thrower, though. Editors. Sheesh. Anyhow, throw shoes and die. [Breitbart]
