People really, really want to believe private jets are BACK. Just ask the Economist, or the Wall Street Journal. If we can ogle plutocratic excess again, things will finally feel normal. Never mind that it's a delusion.

Despite optimistic forecasts from jet makers and 29-page private jet advertising spreads, there's backlog of used planes and deliveries are still in freefall, according to the Journal. So get used to seeing grumpy rich guys in line with you at Delta or whatever. These days, only Oprah can afford to brag about her private air ride; the PR hit is too intense for anyone else, even if they could somehow afford it.
