We get lots of suggestions of what to post on Gawker every day. Let's take a look at what came in through the #tips page: college kids are never trustworthy, a Tiger Woods prediction, plus Ann Coulter's getting older.
- DrChickenbeer flagged a Talking Points Memo post about the Massachussetts Attorney General concluding those ACORN "pimp and ho" videos were heavily edited. That's what happens when you rely on rich college kids to bring down an anti-poverty organization.
- homoviper pointed out the latest Web Project That Will Save Journalism: a collaboration between Google, the New York Times and the Washington Post which sort of looks like Google News if it only contained stories from the NYT and WP. Which is why we will never use it.
- monoverb: "Today Ann Coulter turned 48."
- Nick Denton thinks Dan Abrams is even worse at coming up with blog names than he is. And that is saying something.
- JoniJay spotted Michael Jackson bringer-downer Martin Bashir at the Redeemer Church that Joe Hooper wrote about in New York a couple weeks ago. We don't know which is more shocking to find inside a House of the Lord: Bashir or a Gawker reader. (Also, feel free to tag these sightings #stalker)
- Mike Jahn suggested the Tiger Woods scandal is set to take a turn:
Watch the momentum of the Tiger scandal turn on the wife. If your husband has one mistress, you're a victim. If he had two, you're a tragic heroine. If he has TEN, you're a schmuck who hasn't been paying the slightest attention to him.
