Aging Supermodel's Purposefully Grey Hair Alters Natural Order of Universe

Is Kate Moss so old that this is elegant, or so young that it's ironic? Michael Lohan is in trouble with the law again. Ashley Dupre's Playboy carousing gets an ominous write-up. Suri Cruise throws an adorable tantrum. TGIFriday gossip.

  • Grey hair was all the rage at Paris' haute couture shows, but it's sort of a trick, because only the frightfully young can pull it off: If you're anywhere near the age where your faux grey could be confused with real grey, the jig is up. Nonetheless, aging supermodel Kate Moss dared to go grey, but offset it with the shortest skirt known to man. (Remember: Supermodel years are like dogs years. She's 36 to us, but in Model that's 98.) She ditched the look 24 hours later, but the intervening gorgeousness begs the question: Is Kate forever young, elegantly old, or so damn trendy it doesn't matter? [DailyMail]

  • The timing of Chelsea Handler's breakup is terrible, because her memoir—which comes out in March—talks about how in love she was with Comcast president Ted Harbert. (Sort of her boss?) Apparently they had a romantic moment after watching the Sex and the City movie. Quite frankly, that is disgusting. [Gatecrasher]

  • Michael Lohan is in trouble for violating his restraining order against ex Erin Muller by calling her on the phone, and it's not like he just didn't know phones were part of it, because this is the second time in two months he's been busted for it. And it happened with Dina back in the day, too. [TMZ]

  • Ashley Dupre partied at the Playboy Mansion, but she's not posing for the magazine "yet." Talk about a meaningful deployment of three letters. [P6]

  • Headline: "Ashlee Simpson-Wentz Sees the Beauty in Sister Jessica." I should hope so. You're kind of a jerk if only see ugliness in your kin. [People]

  • Padma Lakshmi's miracle baby is due next month, and Page Six has a new pick for baby daddy: Adam Dell, venture capitalist and "tech-savvy younger brother of billionaire computer maker Michael Dell." They used to think it was "corporate buyout king" Teddy Forstmann, but apparently he's just "wonderful and supportive." Padma's big on baby privacy, but I'm hoping she drops it long enough to do the celebrity baby picture magazine thing. Because glowing Padma + gurgling infant might be a sight spectacular enough to end world hunger or start The Rapture. [P6]

  • Suri Cruise threw a temper tantrum. It was kind of cute. [Radar]

  • Nicole Richie continues to deny that she ever had an eating disorder, and I'm willing to let her think whatever she wants so long as she never subjects us to another 80-lb bikini sprint across the beach, because that was terrifying. [DailyMail]

  • Celeb Samaritans: Director Paul Haggis hosted a Haiti benefit, and Nicole Kidman gave $250K. Penelope Cruz, Gerard Butler, and Sean Penn gave $50K each. [P6]

  • Gisele Bundchen gave birth in a tub. I've always wondered about water births: Does the afterbirth float around? And if so, am I totally unenlightened to say 'ew'? [People]
