Anthony Bourdain takes a trip to Kerala, India where he is greeted with hospitality and some uncommon shellfish found in the murky backwaters of India. Needless to say he was a bit tentative to eat the mussels.
Would you eat muscles that were fished out of some murky swamp water? Also, if they aren't boiled for at least 20 minutes they may give some really bad stomach issues. They do look awesome though, just saying.
