Tonight's Boardwalk Empire showed us that the businessmen of the 1920's did things a little differently. While today's captains of industry walk on eggshells with the press, the gangsters of long ago dealt with the press more forcefully.
In the saga of Nucky Thompson, an argument between Jimmy and Nucky reveals that only four of the five men ambushed at Jimmy's attempted theft last episode have been accounted for. Later, salesman George Baxter and his friend Claudia get an unwelcome surprise on their journey back to Baltimore in the form of the forgotten man from Jimmy's bloody escapade.
