Undercovers A pilot disappears off the radar while in possession of a dangerous bomb. During the hunt for the man, Steven and Samantha hit several obstacles and Hoyt is injured. Elsewhere, Shaw worries that his ulterior motives will be discovered, and Lizzy asserts herself with a client. (NBC)
Hell's Kitchen The eight remaining contestants face a women-vs.-men blind taste test. The winners dine at the L.A. restaurant XIV while the losers sort trash. Later comes a test of cooking precision and communication skills, but dinner service proves disappointing to Chef Ramsay and his guests, L.A. restaurateur Josiah Citrin and NFL quarterback Matt Cassel. In the end, six chefs remain. (FOX)
America's Next Top Model The models attend go-sees in Milan. At the Lake Como photo shoot, the ladies pose as statues. (CW)
Survivor: Nicaragua Marty and Jane continue their war of words as they try to get one another ousted from the game. In a high-stakes challenge, the men are pitted against the women as they run, crawl and crash their way through an obstacle course. At tribal council, another castaway is voted out of the game. Law & Order: SVU An FBI agent (Marcia Gay Harden) is raped while working undercover, and she asks Benson to have her rape kit tested. She then quickly resumes her work to preserve her cover, and only reluctantly allows detectives to become involved in the case, which on the surface involves a protest of a mosque at Ground Zero but really is much bigger. Hellcats Savannah is angry with Marti for keeping a secret about Dan from her; Marti throws herself into Travis' case to keep her mind off her conflicted feelings about Dan and Lewis; Vanessa goes to Red for help when she learns that Bill has taken away the Hellcat's gym. (CW)
Criminal Minds A kidnapped woman is murdered in an alley in Washington, D.C., and the team races to catch the killer before he strikes again. (CBS)
