The Biggest Loser: Couples Eleven teams of two begin the competition in the Season 11 premiere. The players must choose whether to work out with Bob and Jillian or two new unknown trainers. Contestants who opt for the new trainers receive four weeks of immunity and work out in a location away from the ranch. (NBC)
Live to Dance A dance contest in which 18 dance acts compete for a $500,000 prize begins with auditions in New York and Los Angeles. Each week, six acts face each other with two (one chosen by judges, and one chosen by viewers) advancing to face the winners of the subsequent rounds. Judges include Paula Abdul. (CBS)
No Ordinary Family The Powells befriend a couple (Ricky Schroder, Annie Wersching) after Jim saves the husband's life, but Jim starts to wonder if their family is hiding a secret of their own. Meanwhile, Daphne decides to run for student-council president; and Katie confides in Stephanie about her boyfriend, the mysterious Joshua. (ABC)
