I always tip between 15 and 20 percent irrespective of the quality of service because being a waiter/waitress is hard enough without making way below minimum wage.
This restaurant patron clearly disagrees with me.
They decided to "teach" their server a lesson in "waitressing" with a note bashing her "lack of serving skills" topped off with two Canadian pennies.
Then again, maybe their service really was that bad. After all, they left a pretty nasty note despite being Canadian.
