Barclays Chairman Buys at One Beacon Court

141376• Archibald "Archie" Cox, Jr., the former CEO of Morgan Stanley International who was appointed chairman of Barclays Americas in 2008, has paid $12 million for a 49th floor apartment at One Beacon Court.
