• Extraordinarily active plagiarist Gerald Posner has had his book Miami Babylon optioned for a TV show that will allegedly become a tropical version of The Wire. He stole that idea from Police Academy 5.
• Atlantic Media has given up on launching a new business site for the moment, because Michael Kinsley doesn't want to do it and, you know, the world wasn't exactly crying out for it in the first place.
• Newsweek.com has been redesigned to hopefully remind you less of Newsweek.
• Former Us editor Janice Min reveals her big plans for The Hollywood Reporter: "[To make it more like Us, is how we're going to paraphrase what she says]." She also said she's not looking to make it more like Us.
