Today we learned all about the shortage of butter in Norway. Very much in keeping with today's pun-filled posts on Gawker, one commenter finds a whey to accurately express their reaction to the lack of dairy in Norway.

I'm a Scandinavian-American, so I feel the need to clarify:

This story makes my stomach churn. I mean, will this shortage spread out to other countries? It's a question with no pat answer!

Maybe dairy puns are a bit cheesy for you, but we're milking it for all it's worth. Merry (almost) Christmas and may Cheeses be in your hearts.

And as Miss Loretta Teevan, Brian Moylan's high school Latin teacher would say, "This comment is two-thirds of a pun: P U!"
