On Monday, the Dow Jones average fell by 635 points. Doom! The next day, it rose by 430 points. Reprieve! And today, it has dropped by another 520 points.

During that three-day period, the underlying conditions of the global economy have changed not a bit. This proves that—on a day-to-day level—it's all more or less bullshit. Time to stop paying attention for a while, America. You're just getting yourself all worked up for nothing.
