I watched Tim Gunn on the Biggest Loser last night, and he was lovely! I think I have a crush! I also thought of you. That's all. Weird comment over!

Props for your writing skills. You're the reason I stick around Gawker these days.

i read what you wrote about BraD Renfro and it was so beautiful. You have a way with words...

Just read your post about Brad Renfro -- the part where you explain why we should give a damn. You have a special way about you.

Thanks for picking my submission for Tina Fey's strike pic caption. I love you so much I'm going to take you behind the middle school and get you pregnant.

Happy New Year, Richard AKA 'Cait! Thank you for making me laugh so hard that my beverage came out of my nose and fried my keyboard and burned down my house! I'm still laughing.

Goodbye, Commenters! on Dec 31, 2007

--HAPPY 2008!-- LOLCAIT'S HOME COURT ADVANTAGE: THE BREAKDOWN Ray Walston calls you on the phone and reads the special ticker-tape pre-release Gawker proofsheets to you, and you scrawl a witticism, which is posted by carrier pigeon to a Coast Guard vessel. They flash those big lights with the Venetian blinds on them or hand-semaphore your comments to relay them down the coast, where they are placed into a special canvas pouch, hung from a pole, and snagged by a fast mail train. Once the comment has arrived back at HQ via pneumatic tube, set in hot type, proofed on pink tissue, and paired with the proper post (by now copied faithfully onto crinkly parchment with majiscule lettering), Nick Denton reads both, approves them, drips some hot red wax on his death's-head signet ring, and presses his seal of approval onto the parchment. Only then is a "post" released--with a comment that just happens to be "early."
