Who
The former minority leader of the State Senate and the son of Harlem powerbroker Basil Paterson, David was serving out a typically anonymous term as lieutenant governor when Eliot Spitzer's downfall made him New York's first African-American, not to mention blind, governor. He's since graciously informed every resident of the state of his (and his wife's) numerous extramarital affairs, his liaisons with state officials using campaign contributions, and his youthful predilection for Bolivian marching powder.
