A huge explosion (maybe two) damaged Norwegian government offices in downtown Oslo a few minutes ago. At least 8 people were injured according to the BBC. Newspaper employee Christian Algen was on the scene and took this video of the aftermath and snapped a picture of an injured person. Here are some more pictures from Norway's NRK. The cause of the blast is unknown, so far. (See here for an update.)

Update: ABC is reporting that the cause was a "massive vehicle bomb."
