A certain much-speculated-upon piece of tech news will be cleared up tonight when Gawker media unveils a gigantic new highly-speculated about technological innovation at the opening of the Gizmodo Gallery 2009.

A video detailing of the new whatever-it-may-be will silmultaneously be posted on the Gizmodo site tonight at 7:45 PM EST.

We will be killed very badly if we revealed anything about what this darn thing is, but we have been granted permission to disclose the following — that it will not be the Apple tablet, but, we are assured, the next best thing.
