Hedge Funder Lists at 1010 Fifth

147943• Now that they've moved into their renovated apartment at 1040 Fifth, hedge funder Glenn Dubin and his wife, Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin, are looking to unload their former co-op just down the street. The couple's 12-room, 6,000-square-foot duplex at 1010 Fifth Avenue is now listed with Corcoran broker Deborah Grubman for $18.5 million. [NYO, Corcoran]
• New York's tiniest townhouse is off the market. A buyer has signed a contract to purchase the 900-square-foot home at 75 1/2 Bedford Street, which went on the market for $2.75 million in August and which was most recently listed for $2.499 million. [Curbed, Corcoran]
