Harvard University Given All Clear After Bomb Threat

The Harvard University Police Department evacuated buildings on Harvard's campus this morning after a man called claiming to be armed and to have placed bombs in several buildings.

WCVB reports that the man identified several specific locations in his call and that police immediately responded by evacuating and searching the buildings. Nothing was found at any location, and the man who made the threat has yet to be located.

Several reports were tweeted about the threat:

A Twitter user, who created his account only hours before the threat was call in, claimed responsibility and was reported to the Cambridge Police Department.
