Obama's "Between Two Ferns" Did Cause an Obamacare "Bump"

U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius claims the "Between Two Ferns" episode Barack Obama did with Zach Galifianakis is the reason for a "bump" in Obamacare enrollment.

Sebelius was asked about the controversial web series segment on Huffpost Live to discuss the administration's strategies and the impending Obamacare enrollment deadline at midnight. The decision to have Obama appear on "Between Two Ferns" was a way to reach an audience in "the language they most understood."

"As a mother of two 30-something sons, I know they're more likely to get their information on 'Funny or Die' than they are on network TV," Sebelius, apparently having never heard of the Internet or other ways her now adult children could obtain relevant, extremely important information regarding the Obama administration or healthcare in this country.

But Sebelius wasn't bitter about not being the chosen one to sit down with the comedian, saying of Obama, "He was the first president in the history of the United States to be able to deliver on health reform, so he gets the chair with Zach."
