Kanye West, newlywed, affirmed under oath that he is the "smartest celebrity you've ever fucking dealt with" to the lawyer of a photographer West is accused of beating in a brawl last July. The deposition transcript, which was acquired by TMZ, reveals that West had some unkind words for Daniel Ramos, a paparazzo who sued the rapper.

West struck a plea deal with Ramos' lawyers in March, but Ramos was still determined to bring West to court after he allegedly smashed his camera and beat him.

In the deposition, West is recording saying, "I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever fucking dealt with. I'm not Britney Spears," and, "I mean in the '60s people used to hold up 'Die N****r' signs when my parents were in the sit-ins also." Ramos' lawyer asks West if he believes the celebrity struggle is equivalent to that of blacks in the 60s, to which he responds "Yes, 100... I equate it to discrimination. I equate it to inequalities."

The deposition transcript then reveals that West believes celebrities are a minority group discriminated against by paparazzi. Rightfully still holding on to his notion that "I make dope shit," West explains to Ramos's lawyer that "I'm in the business of trying to make dope shit for the world. You're in the business of representing scums and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law."
