Sunday night's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York featured a discussion between Kim Kardashian and her neanderthal then-husband Kris Humphries about having kids, which they ultimately decide to do. Right away!

But then Kim realizes having a family would require she actually care about someone other than herself/her career for once, and the thought of that—exacerbated by an argument during which Kris tells her that "no one will probably care about [her]" by the time they have kids, anyway—proves too much for our selfish little snowflake, as you'll see in the above compilation of highlights.
