We are oddly excited by the prospect of HBO's Game Change — a dramatization of the 2008 John McCain presidential campaign — if only because, unlike Recount, the network's other foray into recent politics, this one will have a happy ending. Also: What a cast! Julianne Moore as Sarah Palin! Woody Harrelson as McCain advisor Woody Boyd! And, here, thanks to EW, the great Ed Harris as John McCain.

It's a good job! It's not quite uncanny, as you can see, but he's almost unrecognizable. They still haven't cast Barack Obama, by the way. We think they should go with this guy.
